The company has introduced spinning and balling equipment imported from Japan's TMT and Germany's Bamag to produce differentiated nylon fibers. It has 768 spinning positions on the nylon spinning line, 120 nylon balling machines, and an integrated air bag machine. The company produces nylon 6 and nylon 66 series products, including FDY, POY, DTY, ACY, HOY white products, and colored yarn products (original solution coloring). The product is widely used in industries such as down jacket fabric, assault jacket fabric, sun protection clothing fabric, swimwear fabric, seamless underwear, stockings, webbing, and fancy yarn.
